FAN PROGRAMMING APPLICATION

From the beginning, Crunchyroll Expo was created for anime fans by anime fans. That’s why we want fans just like you to become part of the show!

Yep, you read that right. Host your own panel. Present some must-see content, or share a unique idea you think would engage the community.

Thinking about applying? Here’s what you should know:

• Fan programming applications are open now through June 2, 2022.
• Space and scheduling is limited. Unfortunately not all entries will be accepted.
• Content and panel sessions run approximately 30-45 minutes. So you should have enough content to comfortably fill this time.
• Each theater will be equipped with a basic AV package for up to 6 panelists, and the ability to accommodate presentations. Please note: laptops are not provided.
• All fan panelists will receive a complimentary Panelist badge which allows access to all three days of Crunchyroll Expo. However fan panelists are still responsible for their own travel and lodging.
• Due to the high volume of applications received, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for a status update on your submission.
• We look forward to reviewing your application, and hope to see you at this year’s Crunchyroll Expo!
